Just this week, Statistics Canada released a report on the declining job quality of young people - being driven by the rise of low-waged, part-time, precarious work. In fact, there are fewer young Canadians, who are not full-time students, are employed full-time today than in 1976.  

“All the job growth in Canada over the past year has been in part-time work. The number of part-time jobs has increased by 124,000, or 3.6 percent.”
